Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase, which we will confirm separately by phone, email, or WhatsApp before finalizing. Orders are not binding on InfraConnect until confirmed. Where installment plans are offered on a product, the specific terms (duration, provider, eligibility) will be confirmed with you directly as part of order confirmation.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary based on product availability, location, and courier conditions. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
Hardware products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. Return and exchange requests should be raised promptly after delivery and are handled case-by-case based on product condition and manufacturer policy. Voucher and promo codes are subject to the specific conditions shown at checkout (minimum order value, expiry date, usage limits), are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
